A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US
After retiring from full-time work in the veterinary industry a few years ago, owner and operator Melissa missed being able to provide care for people's pets on a daily basis. Now expanded to a small team of three, the staff at Barks and Rec love their own furry families dearly, and understand how important it is to know that your pet's needs are met when you can't be at home with them. It is a great pleasure to offer other pet parents peace of mind with Barks and Recreation!

DOG WALKING
Choose between two options: solo walks are available for pups who prefer privacy, and group walks are available for sociable dogs with great leash manners! Walking helps to keep your dog healthy in body and mind, and also promotes good behaviour. Set your mind at ease when you're away from home or busy with work by booking a walk with me today!
PET SITTING
Home visits make sure your pet's particular needs are met; this may include anything from feeding to medications to playtime and affection. These appointments allow us to care for your pets while you're away from home, giving you peace of mind and providing them with the care and attention they deserve.
PET TAXI
Pet Taxi services are available to solve a wide variety of problems for you. If you are unable to get your pet somewhere they need to be, we are able to provide safe, reliable transportation for your pet and communication for you. We can also pick up and deliver items you need at home, such as food, cat litter, or prescription medications!
